Cancellation of scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Illness is not an exception. The only exception is a last minute audition or call back. At that point you can reschedule for any open spot during that week.
Cancellations can be made following the link from your original confirmation email. Last minute cancellations should be made by texting 917 204 0853.
